It’s Happening & We Have a NEW DATE!!
After postponing our event due to the Willow Fire, we’re excited to announce that Chains for Change Community Disc Golf Day is back on for Saturday, August 1 in Leadville!

Our event was postponed due to Willow Fire.

We are keeping our Leadville community in our hearts and minds as the Willow Fire continues.

In response to the ongoing threat, we made the difficult decision to postpone our Chains for Change Community Disc Golf Day originally scheduled for July 26 in Leadville. While we were looking forward to gathering on the course with the community, it is more important at this time to prioritize safety and to stand with our neighbors and everyone affected by the fire.

Thank you to our players, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters for your understanding and flexibility. We look forward to coming together in Leadville when the time is right and will share a new date as soon as plans are in place.

Until then, please stay safe, support one another, and keep all those impacted and responding in your thoughts.

Join us for our 3rd Annual Community Disc Golf Day!

Join CASA of the Continental Divide (CASACD) in raising awareness for children and families across Colorado’s Fifth Judicial District, serving Lake, Summit, Clear Creek, and Eagle counties. We’re excited to host a special community event in the beautiful mountains of Leadville, CO—a fun-filled day of disc golf, connection, and purpose. Everyone is welcome! This inclusive event is not only a chance to enjoy the outdoors but also an opportunity to learn about CASACD’s vital work: advocating for children who have experienced abuse, neglect, or barriers to education resulting in truancy. Your participation and support directly benefit our mission by helping us recruit and train dedicated volunteer advocates, who make a lasting impact in a child’s life. All proceeds go directly to supporting our programs and ensuring every child we serve has the opportunity to thrive.
