Karen Kaminski, Ph.D. was hired as Development and Grant Coordinator August 10, 2018 and moved into the Executive Director on July 1, 2019.
Karen Kaminski, Ph.D. earned her Ph.D. in Adult Learning and Technology from the University of Wyoming in 2000.  Her emphasis is on experiential learning, instructional design, methods of training, and critical thinking and problem solving.  Her M.S. is in Instructional Design and Technology.  She brings over 40 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations helping them expand their services, increase development and fundraising, and enhance programs.
Her work experience includes: Associate Professor and Chair of the Master of Education – Adult Education and Training at Colorado State University; Development Associate for Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center; Contract work facilitating leadership, team building, communication, and group dynamics workshops; professional ski instructor/adaptive ski instructor.
